Follow the workflow below from contact collection to campaign delivery.

1Sync or import contacts

Use Chrome Bridge, CSV/TXT/JSON import, or manual recipient entry.

2Understand the sync counts

Scanned records may include WhatsApp LIDs and duplicates. Phone-resolved unique contacts are the usable CRM count.

3Filter your audience

Combine search, country, saved status, chat status, label, group and date filters.

4Review Statistics

Check country distribution, saved/unsaved mix, business contacts, unread chats and recency.

5Build a campaign

Use current filtered rows or paste approved recipients manually.

6Compose & personalize

Use {name} and {class}. Select an approved template when WhatsApp policy requires it.

7Set delivery controls

Choose a reasonable gap and confirm consent/opt-in before starting.

8Monitor delivery

Pause, resume or stop the local queue. Failed API sends are counted separately.
